The land acquisition by the lake is is very important and likely to cost big cash and significant stock. I understand the owner to be quite wealthy and he may be trying to structure the deal to best fit his long term estate planning. I would not be surprised if some people think Probe overpaid when they see the deal, but I am very confident that it will prove fruitful for those who keep the faith.
