There are plenty of solid retired CEOs, CFOs, COOs in the mining space who would serve this purpose - after all, what is the purpose? To bring in a mine? To sell a mining venture?

This is a world away from the awning business - it also involves knowing the players in the mining space, and what they are or aren't willing to do - this requires having worked in that arena.
