I would bet it's just volume based on a NR coming out tomorrow or Wednesday. This sort of activity has been commonplace in the past on days leading up to a NR. I don't see it as any different than those occasions. The only reason I would think that it may be a buyout is because there has been so little news put out in the last few months. That's what has been fishy to me. I assumed that was because they were looking to finalize the land deal before they put out any more good news.
