The quote means that they will reduce grades that exceed a statistical range to a statistical maximum grade. Basically they are saying the very high grade is an anomaly and its influence in the grade calculation should be limited to make the grade calculation more conservative. With visible gold its possible that you could drill a foot away and hit 3 g/t. The flip side also holds true in that a foot away from that 3g/t intercept may be visible gold
As they get more experience with the HGZ they will determine what that cut grade should be. When they go underground they will get a much better handle on grade controls.
Up until now they haven't hit any very high grade intercepts so it hasn't been an issue.
