JMHO - If all landholders drag their feet (including cottages) lets say PRB shares rise to $5-6 range - we will have to give them fewer shares, as shares have significantly increased in value - ie, you cant negotiate and say "I want 500,000 shares @ 2.50, then when the stock is $5, say, I want 500,000 shares.
