It seems that the time to add to positions is when the MACD faster moving average has turned down with its arc against the slower moving average. Usually, when it crosses the slower average for the next minor amount of days is when the pros pick it up and or cover their shorts. The next few days will be the time to have bids in if current chart history repeats. Tomorrow I'll try again to add to my position. Very impressive rebound on the close today from 3.48 to 3.60 with some interests not willing to wait it out for lower prices during this consolidation period.
