Providing a support level sounds fine, but if the "support levels" (the stink bids) are set too low then it's not really for providing a support level. Stink bids are put in for an opportunity to acquire cheap shares (which may be caused by market manipulation, or some event that would trigger stop-loss).
Theoretically, anything above $0.00 can be considered a support level. I don't think this is what we want, not even $1.00 or $2.00, ... for the kind of deposit PRB has. We are talking about ~10Moz Au with respectable high grade in the HGZ.
As a reminder Cote Lake with ~7M ozAu low grade deposit were sold for $600M. So, if the result were scaled up then PRB would be worth a lot more than the support levels which would contribute to a low average SP during a period which may be used to justify a low-ball bid for the company.
