Trades buy or sell have to stay on the board for 15 minutes...maximum 60 business days.

Eliminate short selling ( illegal )

Eliminate "anonymous" buying and selling

Market Manipulation Multi share trades like say what were seeing with Probe if they influence the market either way - or +

first offence fine $ 10,000,000 dollars payable to the shareholders of the Stock in question

second offence fine $ 100,000,000 dollars again payable to the shareholders of the stock in Question

third offence eliminate the individual or boards of any organization caught. No trial just eliminate them...treat it like a parking ticket can't fight it.

And buy the way, this will entice investors back to the market !!
