Sure, fundamentals should rule but the invertor's psyche is what really matters. The Board members appear to be educated people but that matters little when you are dealing with markets and real players. When I worked on the trading floor we used to laugh at and make fun of all the time of these MBA's etc. that made their appearence in the pits with us, they lacked real time experience. There is no substitution for experience, you either have it or not.
Someone or some entity is out to steal our asset. The market is clearly saying that. If the Board is that inexperienced in handling this suspected agenda then why don't they, at least, admit they need help and hire a pro to combat this attack????
I guess it's just easier to live in a delusional world.
