This is very good news. Here is an individual with a vast amount of experience, who has worked on Borden lake for years, and is willing to give up a high-profile job to advance Borden. He has way more experience than the Scotia analyst and obviously has way more in-depth knowledge about Borden Lake then the Scotia analyst, and he is willing to give up his high-paying job to be COO of Probe.
