This program does investigative reporting and should do a good job if our experience posters could feed them with some background information. They would have access to computer experts who can do computer forensic work, which could perhaps help tracking down the "anonymouses" and their financial houses. As part of the investigative program, they could do embarrashing interviews of regulators to find out who's behind all these manipulations.

Bet that our regulators would sit up and take notice, just like the US counterparts after the the US CBS 60-minutes series on "Flash Boys".

It does not have to be Probe to be used as an example, since other examples would do just fine. The fact that the CBC MarketPlace is making a fuss about thes manipulations and inactivity from the regulators would scare off some of the offenders and force the regulators to do something about it. At least, the culprits should slow down their 100 share activities (and other tricks), or they would hesitate to do it so blatantly.

Time for lighting up some firecrackers.
