Thanks for the general specs on the potential of the property, much appreciated.

In regards to: "U.S. dollar will continue to fall back against other currencies." I don't believe this will happen. According to Martin Armstrong the dollar will be the last to fall. Sure, changes are taking place to eventually de-throne the dollar but the tip will not take place for for some years ahead. Currently, the dollar is the world's reserve currency and I don't believe that this will change anytime soon. What most fail to grasp is that international currency flows will control the dollar for many months to come. Our US's domestic conditions during this period with be out-weighed by the international influences. The dollar will be sought after as a safe heaven destination.

It is suspected that when Armstrong's identified business cycle turns down in the third quarter of 2015 that gold will have already bottomed and renewed its bull market. It is quite possible that gold and the dollar could rise together. Over the short terrm it would not surprise me to see the dollar rise and gold soften. In addition, the dollar is technically strong with all the bearishness being projected on it by so many.
