$4M from AEM is due soon, but the proceeds from the sale of some shares (total: 134,200 shares) as posted by Paschiliko is worth only $2.70 x 134,200 = $362k, may be AEM needed some petty cash. Note: 134,200 shares = ~0.18% of PRB_OS, which is not a significant amount compared to ~10% of AEM holding. I would worry if AEM were to dump the entire holding, especially at a loss. AEM should know the value of PRB since its Goldex is profitable @ grade less than 2gpt.

He would also know the hidden details of the NR, i.e. this is a combine small pit and UG operation with the global resource of over 7Moz Au (~3Moz is keep outside the Whittle shell, as reserve for future development). Only us mortal minions are outside the loop (better wor, the shell? lol).
