Agreed, can use existing cash on hand to buy out the lumber folks....I heard it was 25 million. Clear up the land position.....start drilling the NE "tip" at Borden....then see if they can monetize the Chromite for good value say 75-80 K or better.

Just clearing up the land should add a $ 0.50 bump in the share price...you would think?

I think they will find more high grade North and EAST.......

May never need to go under the lake for a long long long time.

• Drill north from the middle of the high grade zone
• Drill east limb ( 1-2 drills ) 200 metre spacing 400 metre + deep.
• 6 drills at Borden

I think this is now a good place to park risk capital for the next year or so.

Once the land position is cleared up....Probe should rise...!

Another thing to note....no transaction or finders fee....simply deep pockets getting a taxbreak for their customers ( saves about 2-3 % or 750,000 bucks )
