I like the possible scenario you have laid out for Probe. They have been working on this land deal for some time now and I hope we get news of a resolution soon. At one point Dave was looking to make $6/share on the sale. I don’t know if he has increased his expectations since then. One would have to imagine so as this was before the HGZ topic became so prominent in our discussion.

At $7/share we have some distance to travel. I hope we don't get robbed along the way.
