Thanks all for your inputs. I missed the sizeable bid part, but the Louisiana purchase is a bit cryptic to me.

You can be sure I won't be selling in the short term as I am confident that Probe has no where to go but up in the long term. I'm more thinking about an early buyout from these levels being not so lucrative as it could be.
