I think its pretty important to release a economic study as soon as possible. PEA has been postponed again and again and that brings lots of uncertainty. Unless I'm very much mistaken PEA was expected in april 2013 and since that date there has been no release so far.

PRB share price performance has been pretty disappointing so far, remember sp is almost down 50% from the top.

Nevertheless, I still think this is a great story and way to cheap. Once investors realize the entire PRB story, we won't see sp this low anymore. Hope we get some action this week.
