Yes the land !! Well it is taking a while...If it doesn't get clear...I will only be patient for another 6 months.

The 50 % owners of the high grade own 100 % of the neighboring property.

So push the envelope...tell em your in development your share of 50 % is 200 miilion to start.

Maybe they will be smart and just take shares and an NSR of 2%. if gold hits 5000 they can sell their NSR whenever and to whomever they want. If they are unreasonable..in their demands..it will be problematic.

Going forward:

If the land position is cleared up add 2-3 bucks

If the east limb hits...add 2-3 bucks

If it stays static like today gold will have to move to 1600 to get us to 4 bucks.

So solve it or i will be out.
