PRB's BC is sitting between BT and BD. The deposit seems to be connected in the north with BT, but there is a slight lateral shift at the fault between BC and BD in the south. In terms of "quality" BC and BD are better than BT, since they have high grades and sitting on high grounds. So, whoever wants to build a chromite mine would start with a small pit on PRB land and do a UG mine first at BC and then extend the operation to BD. Why underground? UG would avoid the word "open-pit" which seems to be more troublesome as far EA is concerned .

Dave could monetize BC by direct sale of the property to KWG if the latter has a deep pocket backer, or have a JV with KWG for some shares and/or NSR. Note: Remember that BC used to belong to NOT, so NOT, with Baosteel in its corner, may want to grab BC as well.

KWG and PRB are within a few blocks in Toronto. Perhaps, Frank and Dave could have lunch some time, next week? May be we are too late with the suggestion: They may have met already without asking for our permission.
