So if you were drilling an oil well in your backyard and hit what looked like the mother load likely extending underneath your neighbors property would you:

A. Tell all the adjacent land owners about your good fortune.

B. Keep the news to yourself and offer to purchase their land.

Maybe you love your neighbors and you want them to share in the riches so you go out and tell them, except with Probe they have a responsibility to their shareholders. They must do what is in our best interest and that would be to keep quiet and negotiate the best deal they can on our behalf.

I understand you are frustrated with the lack of news and if we find out they were not in negotiations for the land, but rather were just keeping us in the dark that would indeed be cause for action. I have never heard anyone on this board question Dave's integrity, which leads me to believe he is acting in our best interest.

Just my opinion....Happy to wait for what I think will be very good news....Hope you feel the same, but understand not everyone does and that is what makes a market. Have a great weekend! NS
