It's no secret that shareholders have been clamoring for drill results. Whatever the reasoning is for the lack of news, the market is interpreting it as negative. Maybe management knows what they have while in negotiations with the timber people and don't mind a contraction in the share price BUT how about the other minority owners who keep stomaching their silence with wonder? AND how about Barrick's ex-boss, the new Chairman. It seems from his past relationship as the head of Barrick he likes to speak and take interviews. Why doesn't he step up and make some positive comments on how well Probe is doing in order to relax some of the anxiety that is taking hold of some shareholders who are dumping into recent weakness? Where is our PR presence? Why are these guys apparently hiding during this share weakness? We have a great story and it needs to get out there much more as our sector is being viewed as a non-event. This is the time for market leadership from management, not for letting shareholders dangle on a string while wondering where everyone went.
Silence opens the doors for speculation and this is exactly what management has created.
