I too am less than overwhelmed by this offer. Especially considering that the $5.00 price is based on Goldcorp shares and not cash. Goldcorp price has only spiked to the present level in the last few days. Using the Goldcorp close on Jan 5 th of 22.20 we only have a 16% premium.

I also believe Probe should be sharing the drill results of the past few months before we vote.

I do have hope that AEM may make a counter offer.
