History suggests that almost every one of these offers is well below what shareholders consider fair value. Just look back at some of the offers made, and how badly the aquired company was screwed. I'm not at all surprised that Goldcorp made a relatively low offer...that is how the game is played.

However...our company is nothing like those others that were "stolen". We all know the reasons why, and the fact that we are the premiere property in a new, mining friendly "Gold District", should command a higher offer.

So, after spending some time thinking & drinking, its ocurred to me that if my beer needs a lime, its probably a lemon. And I have enough time to brew my own.

Too dependent on Goldcorps share price...

Too many unknowns regarding our drilling and new land...

Too much moose pasture in New Probe for any near term upside...

What will I vote?
