Message: Remember when

I also remember when Inwentash and Rousseau balked at Nemis for diversifying Noronts holdings with Windfall et al, during the hostile takeover bid. Still hot under the collar over that debacle.

Now that I got that off my chest I would like to pose a question for someone 'in the know' on the PRB board. My father holds a decent amount of shares purchased years ago for mostly under a dollar and his quandry is whether to sell now on the open market or to let his shares ride over to Goldcorp and New Probe. My advice to him was to let it ride over as I feel gold will rise over the next few months and he could make a few extra bucks with Goldcorp with a little patience. He had planned to follow Palmer on to his next venture anyway as he feels he's a great CEO as he has held shareholder value in his company despite market conditions that have decimated his peers. So the New Probe shares are a no brainer. The big question is: Are there tax benefits to letting your shares ride over? As the capital gains will be substantial for larger shareholders.

Also does anyone know how many shares outstanding New Probe will have?

Thanks,
