rst,

That's how I read it as well. But the NR could have been written in a better way to avoid confusion. May be it was purposedly written that way.

If 97.4% were the result, then 2.6% NO would represent 2.6% x 91 M shares = 2.366 M s. Recalling that PSU had over 10% of the OS, and some of us here have indicated that they have a sizable chunk of shares, say over 100k/each.

Just noted that there is $ cash component pf $0.001 as per excerpt below. Yes, 1/10 of 1 cent. So, if one has 10k shares, $10 will be distributed. Perhaps one could buy a bunch of lottery tickets with it....to have a chance to become millionnaire, or just to blow off some steam.

Pursuant to the Arrangement, for each Probe share that they hold Probe shareholders will receive 0.1755 of a common share of Goldcorp, $0.001 in cash and 0.3333 of a common share of Probe Metals Inc. a newly incorporated company.

97.4% vote turn-out is really a good turn-out, hence my guess would be it was a tight race. However, G has won the prize, regardless of the actual result. There is no point crying over spilled milk. Let hope that POG will recover for an opportunity to liquidate G shares, if you don't want to hold them.

GLTA, hope that we'll meet again somewhere else.
