Pushing shares around can be slow. A few months back I exchanged the original Probe shares for the new ones which were a result of the reverse split for 100 and the forward split back again and I'll tell you, it was slow. They tried to tell me I couldn't sell any until they were in my account BUT I marked the box prior to entry entitled shares are in transit from another financial institution and I pushed some through. Until the shares are in your account, if you do desire to sell, the sales are marked as short sales.Yes back when I was in the business they let you trade them "WI" which means when issued but I guess they don't do that anymore, or do they?
