NS,
Seems like Scotia Capital wanted to keep the sp at 53, bought 46000 in the last 6 min of trading. This would be about the cash value in the company and assign no value for the 2 properties announced earler. A large chunk of the shares seem to be in good hands, some 59% are controled by PRB, G, AEM, and 2 or 3 funds. G and PRB hold 27%.
Don't recall what the status of the REC property following the sale but am guessing that PRB has little to do with it, the only takeaway that PRB came away with beside the sale is G holding 18% of New Co and the shares all holders got in New Co. Am I wrong? Didn't see anything positive with REC so didn't miss anything.
