Is this merger with Adventure Gold the Flagship PRB spent over a year to find? Also, what is the "Flagship Project (property)" to be designated as such post merger approval?

BTW, will there be a new name for the resultant company where existing Probe and Adventure shareholders will own approximately 53% and 47% of the combined company, respectively?
