Would agree with you that this merger is a good move by Dave. This merger (I would call it a TO) woul transform PRB into something that has an OP + UG resource of almost 1 Moz of high grade Au...plus a whole bunch of other properties to play with. Just looked at Slide 8 of the Corp Pres, the claims around the Detour Lake are (on the Qubec side). Guess who has the Ontario side (Hint: a friend, someone Dave could trust?)

Just wait for the deal to be completed first and start drilling Val d'Or East like swiss cheese (a la Borden Lake). Bring the resource up to about 2M oz and up grade the inferred to M&I and this will be notice and snatched away by G (Yup, juniors have to work for the masters).

There is no rush to do anything with the West Porcubine property, unless Dave know exactly where to sink the drill to create some excitement. Would be nice to have a 2016 discovery hole, lol.
