I believe i mean from the formal agreement with AGE and Share Trade.

It is my entreprenurial side that says that Dave will not finance until this years Drill Program is done.

Look AGE had a drilling program going into the Swap. I am not sure how the results would be handled. I think...Dave P feels their is something there ! Why? you ask ?

Well the largest drilling program AGE could ever achieve was about 600 to 800 K and Dave P has 20,000,000 to spend...more than likely...about 5-6 million this year.

It is my understanding the drill results were still pending at the lab...so at the end of the day they might be nothing..so no news or have some indication of gold ( good news ) if it's material it wil move PRB higher.

A market cap for PRB could easily be 2-3 bucks with good news

• Val Dor ( already positive ) can grow it
• Porcupine West ( similar to Borden on Trend.
• Detour Gold Proximity play.
• Gold breaking 1400-1450

I just have a good feeling and a nice tidy pile of shares.

It will take time ! but, i have time and I take the time.

At 2-3 bucks I will be gone...unless their is a dramatic reason to stay. Say large find at Detour ( good land position )
