How many shares did Northstar (or ANY OTHER INSIDER) pick up in Kodiak's $53.9 MILLION PP?!  We will find out when formal approval by exchange is announced SOON!

This will also be interesting to find out.  We already know...

"Insiders of Kodiak and relatives, close friends and associates of insiders of Kodiak purchased approximately $5-million of the private placement."

$5 MILLION!?  Don't think insiders would sell out their family to the tune of $5 million?!  Ah... no.
