Posted this on another board re: SGX share price ONLY being inflated because of KXL.  The usual facts many of you here know.  Just thought I would share.

Of course some of the dramatic increase in SGX share price during mid-October had alot to do with results coming out of KXL.  Kodiak has possibly just discovered the largest gold deposit in Canada if not the world.  Kodiaks share price is reflecting this possibility each and everyday.  KXL action on Thursday and Friday are only the tip of the iceberg of how dramatic KXL will start to move once they being to further define, with certainty, the magnitude of this deposit.

As for Sage... SGX holds the most promising land position re: prospect of KXL discovery overlapping onto (dare I say originating).  The current direction of the veins points directly toward Sage land PLUS Sage did find a hint of gold (unexpected) during their last drilling campaign at Jacobus.  BUT... don't forget Sage was drilling to further define and expand an existing Cu-Ni resource, the gold was a bonus.  They have just completed Phase 3 drilling and assays await.  They know this property. (p.s. active drillers participated in last PP!)

In terms of market value of SGX:
At $0.52 = $72.3 million
At $0.15 = $20.8 million

The Cu-Ni resource at Jacobus alone could justify current market value of SGX.  Add in prospect of KXL discovery (i.e. gold) continuing (originating?) on SGX land PLUS Onaman (drilling soon!), PLUS Gold Hill (asays await), PLUS Pony Spur (assays await), PLUS Sugarloaf, PLUS all other Ontario, Nevada, and Quebec properties?!

Personally, I am not worried and believe Sage's prospects for 2008 are brighter than they were for 2007.  Mgmt declared at the end of 2006 that 2007 would be a 'breakout year' for the company.  Mission accomplished.  They have made the same prediction for 2008.  IMO, SGX is shaping up to be another NOT.  If SGX pulls similar grades over some slightly larger widths... watch out is all I can say.

These things take time.  KXL has the spotlight right now and I don't expect that to change.  But SGX's time is coming soon.

Oh yeah... and don't forget 2 words... Nigel Lees.
