Focused on becoming a near-term Gold Producer
I am mostly addressing anyone that may be a tad nervous but perhaps it will be of interest to all concerned.
I HOPE YOU FOLKS READ THIS POST BECAUSE IT IS THE ABSOLUTE TRUTH ABOUT SAGE GOLD AND WHY THEY MUST DO EVERYTHING DECENTLY AND IN ORDER OR ALL OF US ARE GOING TO LOOSE ALL OF OUR MONEY.
With respect to FACTS, the Sage Gold play is somewhat like police work. In order to solve a case you have to have the answers to the WHO-WHAT-WHERE-WHEN-WHY-HOW questions. [As with mining companies, 'luck' helps sometimes] As the cops are collecting the evidence, they can say that they have discovered some facts. They are facts but in and of themselves at that point in time the case is not solved. The same With Sage. There are a load of facts. For example, one is that we do have a 2.12% nickel hole but we do not have a ni mine. [See what I mean]. Just as the officers continue the hunt for clues, so must Sage do likewise. Even when all the above questions have been answered and the case is solved the officers must present the case in such a manner that they have established "proof beyond a reasonable doubt" in order for them to bring a successful conclusion to said case. In civil court, there is less of a legal criteria to prove ones point. To win the case you only need to show proof by "the preponderance of the evidence" presented. The former not the latter applies to Sage Gold. [Proof beyond ALL reasonable doubt]. In some of the important areas, Sage is rapidly getting to the point of proving their point by the 'preponderance of evidence'but not yet 'beyond a reasnable doubt'. It should be obvious that they are not there yet. Another quick example of clues that are facts is that the company has sealed a deal from that rigging company. They got exclusive rights to a rig for one year and 'first right of refusal' [another legal term] for three years. While that is another fact, at this point in time it has not resulted in anything concrete. The hunt must continue. Another clue or hint which is a fact is that the [private] PP's are for family and friends AND the drilling company. Come on folks, unless you hate your relatives and want them to go down with the 'sinking ship' you don't do that sort of thing UNLESS you know what you got. The CEO has options at 50 cents, so it APPEARS that he himself is loosing out at this point in time, BUT, as with police work, appearances can be deceiving. When you total up all that has been put in the news releases, you have a factual account and the clues are all over the place. Sure the Sage story does not have "proof beyond a reasonable doubt" yet, but these mining detectives are 'pounding the beat' on that exploratory hunt. The factual evidence is mounting WHILE we are sitting at 40 cents AND could possibly go lower.
Just as the cops take their 'evidence' to the fingerprint and DNA type lab in order to 'prove it' out, so must Sage do. It takes time and careful attention to the details MUST be paramount in both a criminal case and also in the mining world. One critical mistake can blow the case for the officers and district attorneys AND the same goes for Sage Gold. One final thing in that area. If the officers do not play by the rules and obtain evidence from that, then that evidence becomes 'tainted' and is thrown out ALONG WITH ALL the good evidence that came from the tainted evidence. It is called "fruit of the the poisonous tree". The same goes with Sage Gold. If Nigel lees or anyone directly connected with Sage makes a 'rush to judgement' call OR tries to 'cut corners', then the credibility of ALL that Sage is doing along with their reputation WILL BE severely damaged. The case for Sage Gold could be lost forever along with all your money.
THE COMPANY WILL NOT OPERATE THAT WAY TO PLEASE OR APPEASE ANY OF THE SHAREHOLDERS EVEN IF IT MEANS A TEMPORARY MARKED DECREASE IN THE SHARE PRICE. That to is the fact of the matter folk.
Sincerely presented,
Jerry Francis
