Jerry, I would not be the least bit surprised if they had such an agreement with KXL.  Given they have their properties on thesame system and on strike it would make sense for both companies to be comparing notes and getting a better handle on the geology of the area.

Now that I think about it, I would be more surprised if they didn't have a CA with KXL.
