1- In answer to my question on confidentiality agreements in place with a possible Major or J/V partner, the answer is, NO! KXL does have a current confidentiality agreement in place.
2- Concerning SGX possibly going on the TSX soon the answer is, NO! Reportedly they have not even applied. Sorry Lester, no offense but apparantly someone slipped you some bad info there.
3- Regarding why the former Jacobus owners did not assay for gold. The answer is because it was not on the surface in that area. SGX will attempt to find a source or origin and to see if it is in fact related to what KXL has discovered in the golden mile area.
