The following response was provided by the chief Geologist of Sage Gold Inc.:

The new claims were staked based on the results of Sage’s recent airborne magnetic and electromagnetic surveys and a review of the government airborne data. Also, we staked one of the blocks based on information provided by a local prospector. The new claims are prospective with respect to base metal VMS, quartz vein hosted gold and magmatic copper nickel sulphide environments. There is historical assessment data available for most of the property area which we are currently compiling. We have not yet completed geophysical surveys on the new properties.
