I have a junior stock that has a load of funds and a Canadian billionaire backing it. Its CEO and the board of directors are mining guys with heavy, heavy, duty credentials. Their discoveries are good as are the results of the metallurgical testings. Guess what happens when they come out with news. This is a problem in the junior sector as well as for the companies that are in production. Enough said.

New laws and rules have to come into existance and in the absense of some very big people and legislators getting involved to correct the obvious loop-holes and crookery, it just aint gonna happen.
