we will be getting more good news in the not to distant future. If anyone here was wishing to see us finish on a high of 30-35 cents on heavy volume and was disappointed that, that didn't happen, then I can join them and say that I too would like to have seen that B U T that does not mean that there was a problem with the news release or because the NR did not include this or that ingredient. Many of us have said that the company has to come out with back-to-back releases. I have agreed with that thinking. I have even said that it would be nice if a couple of other companies [coincidentaly or not so] posted solid releases about the same time as SGX. The reason I said that was

BECAUSE I DO NOT THINK THAT THE THE METALS MARKET IN GENERAL AND THE JUNIORS IN PARTICULAR ARE GOING TO EASILY BE ABLE TO DEAL WITH WHAT HAS BEEN HAPPENING INDUSTRY WISE BECAUSE OF SOME VERY LARGE ENTITIES THAT HAVE A CONTROLLING AGENDA THAT IS COUNTERPRODUCTIVE TO THE EFFORTS OF SAID METAL CO'S AND JUNIORS. GUYS, GALS, ACCORDING TO SOME VERY ASTUTE AND LEARNED PROFESSIONALS, WHAT I HAVE JUST SAID IS THE FACT OF THE MATTER. THIS SITUATION IS MUCH BIGGER THAN SAGE OR THE VANCOUVER EXCHANGE OR THE TSX AND EVEN THE BIGGER BOARDS BECAUSE IT HAS EVERYTHING TO DO WITH HOLDING GOLD BACK AND PGM COMPANIES THAT ARE PRODUCERS AND ALSO THE JUNIORS THAT ARE MAKING SOME NICE DISCOVERIES.

If you are not of that persuasion then that is okay but I do believe that to be at least a decent part of the situation at hand as opposed to the problem being with a particular news release that a company publishes. This is especially so if a nr is a solid one and it is treated basically as a "non-event".

Best wishes,

Jerry Francis
