It is true that companies, when they get a assay report that clearly are above average, might send those cores to be reassayed. [not fire assay] They then might hold that group [as a group] until the clearer report comes back and that might take months. So in that sense a CEO can have some latitude with regard to the issuing of news. I have personal knowledge of this.
