Huh, makes you wonder why in this lousy market, under these conditions, with no NR or assays for months, that management would think it prudent to "dramatically" increase land positions.
When I hear the word "dramatically" I keep thinking of the music they play in a soundtrack when the action is just about to reach a critical point.
