On October 1, 2007...

SGX started a 2-week climb from 16 cents (i.e. where we
are now) to 23 cents before rocketing to a high of 80 cents
in just 4 trading sessions when KXL released its first
Hercules NR that really attracted the market's attention
on Oct 1, 2007. 119 MILLION shares of SGX traded in those
3 weeks of trading (87 MILLION at prices above 37 cents).
Some here talk about SGX having a large float but FYI..
there were ~111-117 MILLION shares of SGX outstanding then
(i.e. not much less than now).

The 2 KXL NRs that caused this SGX buying frenzy included
some high grade drill results and channel samples... but
these results were some +5km away from SGX property.

Therefore, 'what if' next KXL NR extends GM to within 1km
of SGX border... or even closer?... Where will SGX SP be
then? SGX SP likely back to 50-60 cents very quickly IMO...
maybe higher?...

'What if' SGX follows-up next KXL NR with a SE Jacobus NR
of its own?... high-grade grab and channel samples w/
aggessive drilling campaign announcement (i.e. GM
extension confirmation NR!)... Where will SGX SP be then?...
IMO Bad market or not, the market will have a hard time
ignoring the magnitiude of this discovery.

'What if' SGX has been in talks and an agreement has all
but been signed with KXL to JV SE Jacobus property in
exchange for cash and/or shares of KXL? Would explain the
deafening silence re: SE Jacobus samples, some of which have
been in the lab for 6 months. Would also make a lot of
sense for SGX... KXL has the drills and the resources to
fully explore SE Jacobus very quickly... SGX would then be
able to finance further Onaman exploration and 'development'
without further dilution while retaining an interest in SE
Jacobus. If Hercules buyout is inevitable then SE Jacobus
could be included and SGX would get more cash and/or shares.

SGX grab and channel samples have been and are being done.
KXL drilling (5 drills!) has been and is being done.
Both companies have and are receiving results everyday.
News is inevitable.

Can such a rally happen again? You bet it can!
