While I just did read the comments on that by some forum members, I still do not think that there is any validity to it. There is not even a 'slow leakage' rumor we can hang our hat on regarding a halt. 90+% of the time it is just our wishful thinking. If I recall, the last time there was a halt, it did not result in a surge that lasted and in fact, we went down shortly thereafter.

I HOPE I AM WRONG ON BOTH COUNTS:

1] THAT THERE WILL BE A HALT

2] THAT IT WILL AFFECT OUR SHARE PRICE SIGNIFICANTLY. [I an upward direction].
