Personaly my SGX position is full but then I have a rather diversified portfolio and definately am not of the "all eggs in one basket" camp.

I think you have to accept RICO that our community is composed of many elements. On this board I believe that most are committed to any honest sharing of sentiment and information. Butttttttt there are also those that will try to hype things to serve their own ends. "Taking out barriers" and "time to buy more" are two phrases that set off alarm bells with me.

Always go with your own best judgement and don't be stampeded into any direction.

My interpretation of this mornings actions is that with ONT on the move and currently priced low, many pure speculators are jumping out of this issue (and KXL) and onto the more rapidly (for the moment) moving train. That is just my view based on experience. No inside information to share.
