among the exploration, developmental, and producing companies in the metals market arena. The vast multitude of companies know right well that what is happening in the market place is nothing more or less than blatant greedy manipulation or high crimes in high places.

Concerning our investment choices including SAGE GOLD, what value then is the posting or issuing of a good/great news release in this unhealthy business environment. We know that eventually assay related news will have to come into the public domain. A company can't hold that forever B U T it is my hope that Sage Gold will come out with other supportive news that will make many sit up and take notice.

How do you fight naked shorting and a host of other ' quasi legal' tools and strategies that are in the hands of the the so-called elite. That is why I intimated that perhaps it is time that ALL companies in this sector attempt come up with a strategy to fight back. Let them be accused of collusion or whatever, who cares. If they don't use all legal means possible to put pressure on the governments, they WILL get picked off one by one or even many by many by the sharks.

Sorry for the soap box routine guys and gals but all our posts on why Sage Gold and others did not do this and that in a timely fashion are in a good number of cases futile outbursts from those that are not looking below the surface at a common hidden enemy that rarely shows its ugly head. Than enemy is greed and unfortunately, we all have in varying degrees, been tainted by it. In the interest of balance there also are many occassions where a company screws up or what is going wrong in that company has nothing to do with world events.

The two reasons I will remain a shareholder ARE that I strongly believe in Sage and I know that growing juniors and producers in the commodities will be the first to bounce back or spring forward in hard times. In spite of how this post sounds, I remain excited about our little company and also the fact that pendulums do swing both ways. YES, THEY DO!

The very best to the best,

Jerry Francis
