You did not really read my post Smitty. I totally agree with you. It is NOT a good idea. I am sorry if I did not make myself clear on that point.

Not only is in a bad idea but I wouldn't trust the architects of the draft as far as I could throw them. I do not care if they are liberals or conservatives, if anyone in Canada, the US or Mexico thinks it is a good thing, then IMO that person is either ignorant or niave.
