Message: Question for the board

"can anyone explain to me why SGX whom has a 50 + cent PP with all positive NR's since is sitting at 17 cents."

In all the posts after VW, nobody really answered this question. Take a look around, look at (almost) any junior, especially a mining exploration company and the chart for the past six months is pretty much on a down trend, regardless of news positive or negative ... with few exceptions.

Time for a reality check

#1 this is the biggest risk in buying juniors even if you've chosen carefully ... you might be stuck in a stock for longer than anticipated because market factors or company factors screw up the momentum.

#2 As has been said KXL may very well have the goods but there's a lot more 'sploration to do. deep drills will tell the tale ...next year? ... maybe

#3 The surge in SP for SGX was soley on the tails of the KXL discovery and nothing else. On east Jacobus, Sage is AT LEAST one year behind KXL. They've just shaved back the over burden and will not drill for a month or two. Even though there is much anticipation regarding what's there ... have patience, the results, even if good will not have the same impact as did on KXL. For those thinking "source", they're a long way from drilling deep enough to even think that far ahead.

#4 Sage's short term prospects (for SP growth) are probably better bet on their other properties (onoman, gold hill, Kerrs) and even those will be short term pops. However, Nigel hasn't been stocking up on shares for the fun of it.

#5 Beardmore/Geraldton may well be the NEXT BIG THING, but you'll be waiting a long time (could be 2-4 years) to profit big time (unless you are a trader and even then ... ).

So if you are in stay in if you have the patience, but worrying about short term noise will only give you grey hair and ulcers ... and ultimately a smaller trading account.

Sometimes, when markets are just doing the strangest things, the best thing to do is ... NOTHING
