On the other hand if they only have to put 20 grand in to accomplish their purposes, then why not. If it takes 120 thousand and they think it is worth it, I am sure that can be arranged. You can call me a conspiracy oriented guy if you like but with regard to the practices that are going on in the business world, I would generally have to plead guilty. In court you are legally presumed innocent until proven guilty but in peoples minds it is the opposite that is frequently true.

On the other side of the coin D, is the fact that sometimes a company is not yet [if ever] able to justify a higher price range. This is especially true in the juniors that have not yet any 'proven' goods on the books nor any completed metallurgical studies or 43-101's completed. I guess this to is the definition of 'speculation'.
