Most of the time complaining does little but if no one complained about suspect trading practices, it would be worse because it would give an impression to the people responsible, that they have even more latitude, due to the apathy. They already have most of the marbles in the game, why surrender it all to them without attempting to fight back.

I would love to know WHO is behind these type of suspect maneuvers. Is it someone that might DIRECTLY benefit by the pressure put on the stock and the company? A major. A 'neighbor' [not necessarily a physical neighbor] in the industry?We can tell which houses are involved but that will not tell us the WHO.

This is why it is always good to have a 'covering' IF possible. So for now guys and gals, we keep trucking along. The game plan of the greedy could be to weaken us enough that we will have to do a J/V at a ridiculously low price.
