I agree Marlin. Considering all things [a solid fair arrangement] SGX stands to gain in this respect. The majors are looking for juniors that they believe have the goods BUT are cash strapped. KXL is loaded and if we entered into a healthy J/V with them, they could be our cash covering, hence protecting what both companies have and hopefully will discover.
