thanks, longbomb. Something I don't get - there's no doubt that Golden Pond lake is on KXL's land, and that KXL's exploration on "the other side of the lake" is also on their. Ditto re: KXL's plan to drill from the frozen lake this winter.

It just doesn't seem to jive with the picture.
